Potential referees only need to attend one class and complete the online course work prior to attending. Referees need to be 13 years old at the time of the class. Please check out this link for more information https://www.tnsoccer.org/steps-to-becoming-a-refereeReferees have the ability to set their own schedules and can work as little or as much as they want. Referees can also select if they want to be a center referee or assistant referee. There are leagues in Collierville, Germantown, Memphis and at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex that all have a huge need for referees.
Referees start out making an average of $25-$40 per hour!
