If you’re sitting there staring at a blank screen wondering where to even start with all this list-building madness…

…I’ve been there. Like, painfully there.

I thought I needed a full-blown funnel, slick pages, maybe even a copywriter (lol)… before I could even start.

But get this: I got my first 11 subscribers using nothing more than… a Google Doc.

No landing page. No autoresponder. Just… a doc. With value.

It was a scrappy little cheat sheet titled something like “4 Ways to Get Traffic Without Being an Influencer (or an extrovert).” I shared it in 2 Facebook groups I was already in… zero hype, no pitch, just, “Hey, made this, might help.”

And BAM… people opted in. Some even thanked me. One guy asked if he could share it. Wild.

Here’s the truth nobody’s saying loud enough:

You don’t need a list to build a list. You just need something useful and the guts to offer it.

More on this tomorrow. I’ll share the exact moment things flipped for me… it wasn’t glamorous, but man… it worked.
