Hi Friend,

Today I've got something that will challenge you to think
differently...

You realize how powerful words can be don't you?

Read these words of wisdom and let them change you inside:

1. "Having a low opinion of yourself is not "modesty". It's
self-destruction. Holding your uniqueness in high regard is not
"egotism". It's a necessary precondition to happiness and
success."

2. "Most of the shadows of this life are caused by standing in
one's own sunshine."

- Ralph Waldo Emerson

I'd love to know how you understand these two quotes and how they
agree with your own experiences with low self esteem.

What are your favorite quotes, what words have inspired you?

I am sure that words are what change you. They can inspire or
hurt you but only if you allow them to.
