Subject: Who is judging you?

Who is judging you?

This week I'd like to start with a quotation:

“It took me a long time not to judge myself through someone else’s eyes.”
– Sally Field

Do you let the thoughts and words of others control how you feel about yourself? If you listen and accept how other people judge you then you are giving them power over you. You are destroying your self esteem.

Don't let others judge you. Don't accept the standards and values they use.

Be proud to be different and think independently. When you get criticism, ask yourself is it fair? Is it justified? If not, reject it.

Don't be hurt by others words, it may be easy to say this but you really should be the one who cares for you. You should support and encourage yourself and yes, accept criticism if it is constructive.

Don't accept others hurtful judgement and comments. Defend yourself. If you don't you will soon repeat the words of others to yourself and become the worst judge of all.
