The value of Talking

Friend,

“There are many ways of getting strong, sometimes talking is the best way.”
― Andre Agassi

The power of words is incredible. They can certainly transform your day and your mood. But what you say is equally important.

Words express how you feel and connect you to others.

I have received many emails about the struggles and problems of life and the effect that these have on our self esteem.
Some people who have written to me experience depression as a result of how they think about themselves and the problems they
face in life. What I want to remind you today is that talking is one of the best things you can do to help yourself.

Doesn't it feel good to talk?

If you are confused, feeling depressed or suffering from low self esteem please don't suffer alone. Don't try to think
your way out. Talk to another person. It could be a friend but honestly, as ı have found, there is real hope in talking
to a professional, someone who can give you honest guidance and help.

Over the last few months I have talked about how to help yourself but there is a place for talking to someone who can help you

I have just added something very special to my website. Online counseling. Have ever tried it?

Imagine, any time you feel in need of support or advice or just need to talk with someone who can help you
understand why you feel bad and what you can do about it...

Talk therapy can take you to a new level of happiness and guide you towards a higher level of self esteem.
