I wanted to write this email to share something I've learned with you.


Some years ago I got tired of trying to improve myself by reading self help books. Trying to research an issue and read about how I might use this strategy or that one gets tiring after a while. Don't you agree? Then, I had the opportunity to try out self-hypnosis - and I went for it.


I knew a company that offered me the chance to promote their products on my website to help my visitors. This was way back in 2002. I asked for access to their self hypnosis library of downloads because I wanted to see if self hypnosis could work for me before I considered promoting it to my readers. One issue I had was with my disturbed sleep pattern. I had insomnia and suffered from stress and overthinking. I had tried reading about these problems, but nothing seemed to help.


The amazing thing I discovered was that there was only ONE strategy for all these problems. Self hypnosis was the strategy and it was easy and enjoyable!
