Subject: Re. 5 Steps To Positivity😍

Hi!

My message this week is all about how to stay positive even in these difficult times.

I hope you are keeping well and staying safe. Health is the most important possession of all, so if you're healthy right now, be thankful and happy!

So, how to be positive no matter what? In recent weeks we've talked about how to use a gratitude journal (click this link to see my video explaining this). This is a great step towards becoming happier each day. Today I want to mention about finding a new hobby that will inspire you.

I've just done this, and started a new hobby. It's something I always wanted to do and so at 56 I'm finally doing it! I bought a telescope and have taken my first pictures with it. 

Astrophotography is not easy but is amazing, don't you think? So far I have taken these two pictures (Look for the two pictures under My New Hobby) , what do you think?

Starting a new hobby can really open your mind to new things and help you stop finding time to sit and think negatively. So get inspired with a new hobby.
