Hi Friend,

I hope you're enjoying my regular emails on the subject of self
esteem.

This week I thought it would be a great idea to answer one of the
many questions I get from visitors to my website.

Here we go then...

"Hi, the biggest problem of all for me is the way I see myself;
physically but also in every thing I do... I always ask
perfection of myself. It's hard because, as we know, nothing is
perfect. I've been living like this since I can remember. It's a
heavy weight. Just did a depression or burnout.. Was hospitalized
and they gave me medication that will never change the way I see
myself. I know I need to do something about myself but I don't
know what and how. I am sceptical that your book could help
because I've been reading a bunch so far... I just can't do it!!
Can you do anything for me? I am suffering living like this."

Answer:

I'll be honest with you, you won’t get better if you tell
yourself you can’t. Your mind is a very powerful tool and once
you tell yourself something, it tends to stick that way. You need
to get into the habit of telling yourself that you can do it, you
can! You aren’t perfect and it’s great you can identify your
issue, you just need to work through it at a pace you are
comfortable with. I suggest you write down on a piece of paper,
all the things you like about yourself. What makes you special?
Then ask your friends or family to write down some things they
love about you. Put this on your wall and when you wake up in the
morning, read it! It sounds silly but we always analyze the
things we do wrong and criticize ourselves, you need to start
being more uplifted and appreciative of the things you do that
you love and the things about you that people love.

Now I can't promise that my book "Self Esteem Secrets" will solve
everything. Only you can do that. You control how you think. With
the wrong thinking NO book can help you; however if you use even
a half of what's inside my e-book then you WILL see a huge
transformation and improvement in your life. How much would you
give to no longer be depressed? To have more friends? To be
confident enough to walk up to people and express yourself
without feeling out of their league?

Oh, and a quick reminder - I will be arranging a webinar about
"how to boost your children's self esteem" with psychotherapist
Dr. Ingrid Schweiger in a few week's time. Look out for how to
register nearer the time.

Hope you have a great weekend - take care,
