Hi,
Last week I asked what's holding you back from feeling confident.
Some of you replied. Thank you — genuinely. A few of those messages stopped me in my tracks.
One person wrote about carrying guilt from their past — knowing they're not a bad person at heart, but unable to shake what they'd done. Another mentioned family and work pressure leaving nothing left for themselves. A third simply said it's been ages — and that they were glad I was back.
What struck me most was this: everyone who replied was trying. Showing up. Doing the work. And still feeling stuck.
The problem wasn't effort. It was that they were working on the wrong thing.
Because here's what I've learned after years of writing about confidence: there isn't one reason people struggle with it. There are five. And they're completely different from each other — which means they need completely different solutions.
Someone carrying guilt about their past needs different work than someone drained by family pressure. Someone who lost their confidence after a setback needs different exercises than someone who never had it to begin with.
Generic confidence advice fails because it ignores this. It gives everyone the same answer.
So I built something different.
The Confidence Shift is a workbook that starts with a short diagnostic — you identify which of five confidence blocks applies to you, then work through the exercises built specifically for that situation. You skip everything else.
The five blocks:
It's $12. It's a PDF you work through in your own notebook. You can start tonight.
