Subject: How is 2020 so far?

I’m back this week after a lovely break away on holiday in France. I’m energized and ready to give you an update on what’s coming.

First, how is your year going so far?

Have you been able to do anything positive to help others or to help yourself?

I have been working on both websites (Depression-helper.com and More-selfesteem.com) and trying to add reliable sources to the articles and also I am getting the articles on the sites reviewed by experts to make sure the information is reliable and even more helpful to you. Any help with this would be most welcome (experience/ qualifications in psychology or medicine needed).

I believe we should all help others, especially in this selfish world of power-driven leaders and corporations (excuse the politics! :))

I found this positive news just now:

“Extremely proud to announce that each point I win during the season will contribute to the education of children in Togo”
— Félix AugerAliassime (Tennis Player, aged 19)

“I feel very lucky to have had a hugely satisfying career so far, but I think it’s time to bring more meaning to it beyond tennis,” Auger-Aliassime said. “This year, all my winning points count.”

BNP Paribas will donate $15 for every point Auger-Aliassime wins and he hopes to help 2,500 children this year. What a goal!

It’s great to see an example of how we can do extra for others. Any success we have is not just ours because I believe it is a gift given to us and we should share our success with others.

“No one has ever become poor by giving.”
―Anne Frank, diary of Anne Frank: the play

“You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.”
― John Bunyan

Before I go, two weeks ago I offered you the chance to get my CD Audio “A More Confident You” for free in exchange for reviewing it. I had a huge response! If you did email me but didn’t hear back, you will in the next couple of days. I gave away many copies – sorry but I am unable to give any more away. I will soon add the CD audio to my website and the money I charge for this will help me to develop the websites further.

Thanks for the continued support,
Go help someone today and be a light in this world.

Look out for my next message,
Best wishes,
