This week I would like to talk about resetting.

Sometimes it is necessary to reset our lives and our bodies. What exactly do I mean?

I mean resetting ourselves back to a more normal level. I find that at times I have become too busy, or too stressed or too concerned about solving something. When this happens, our bodies get out of alignment and we need to reset.

So how do we reset?

Here are some suggestions, and I will come back to these in future messages.

Meditation

Your Sleep Patterns

Exercise

Alone Time

Imagination

I am constantly aware of how important sleep is for how I feel. It affects my whole day and everything I do. Are you in need of a sleep reset?
