| Our brains are one of the most powerful  pieces of "software" out there. 
 We have AI (artificial intelligence)  working to be able to do  even a fraction of what your brain  can process and complete ... 
 ... in seconds! 
 It's seriously like the 1st computer. 
 Kind of crazy right? 
 And yet science has shown  that we barely use 10% of our brains. 
 So let me ask you this... 
 If our brains are like a PC,  shouldn't we defragment  from time to time? 
 If you're not in the tech field,  allow me to break it down for you. 
 (I love making tech easy!) 
 When you defrag a computer, you're basically playing tetris with it. 
 You're moving sets of data around  in order to allow your PC to  not only be cleaner? 
 But to run faster with  improved performance! 
 Pretty cool, right? 
 That's what meditation  does for your brain. 
 I am a firm believer in this,  because before I started  to do meditation? 
 My thoughts were everywhere. 
 Unable to focus. 
 Taking way too much time  to do (what I felt were)  menial tasks ... 
 It was so frustrating! 
 And although I noticed  it was difficult at first,  just like any new skill  I found that the more I practiced? 
 The easier it got. 
 And the more efficient I became. 
 ... and the easier it was to  be creative and productive  in both my business & personal life! 
 If you are already meditating,  what are some benefits  you have personally seen? 
 
 As for me? 
 I'm so thankful to have been able  to be introduced to some  success-oriented techniques  & business growth strategies  
 My life has improved for the better, and I can't be anything but grateful  that someone cared enough about me  to share the same thing  |
