This is Dawn. I hope you are all having a great start to the weekend, and I apologize for us sending you multiple emails regarding the same topic.
The reason for this message is because we receive a few email requests regarding our recent 48-hour promotion of Joel’s DVDs with the investment in a custom market analysis. We didn’t think about it in advance, but with so many people working hard during the week some are less likely to check emails during them. The result? Requests for an extension.

However, please know that we ran out of stock yesterday, so your DVDs will ship somewhere around the middle of this coming week when receive a new shipment of DVDs.
Again, I apologize that we have clogged your emails over these past few days with this top, but the selfish reason is to alleviate some of our workload with a "year-end crash" when everyone waits until the last minute and then complains when we don’t finish in their expected timeframe. This happens ever year like clockwork.
