This is Tom, a member of the UMTPG media team. I don't typically send out newsletters, so you may not know of our team unless we are actually working with you, but it is important for me to share some updates.
1. Our queue for projects in development continue to grow, so our time for development is being extended a little bit - closer to 2 weeks once artwork is done and confirmed. Joel is working to bring on a 5th developer to help meet demand, but it does take some time.
2. When we build your website, we don't leave it stagnant. To help with organic optimization, we continue to maintain, add new content, and periodically add new functionality. This signals to the many search engines that the site is "live" and not abandoned. My point is, all of this work takes time, so while we work on expanding our team, we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
3. Once your site is live, we will publish ads to search engines for initial optimization and then start work on your marketing materials, so please allow us roughly another two weeks for development of your marketing material creation.
The good news is that with your patience and understanding comes good results. I received the following message from a UMTPG member yesterday:
"Wow and thank you is all I can say right now! I am so glad I am working with your team. Well crafted and professionally done. Thanks to the entire team and of course to Joel for his leadership! I am so excited, I am starting with the right guidance. Appreciate all your help —no comments or questions at this time. Just excited about taking the step towards walking away for corporate America."
