This is Dan again and I apologize for clogging your inbox with more emails, but if you operate in the Virginia area and have the capacity to serve the VA's contract solicitation for their Hampton, Virginia Medical Center, definitely submit your information.
The VA's Clearwater contract that we shared earlier this year was recently awarded for multi-year contract valued at $31.9 million and there were only four (4) submissions. That is incredible!
Don't overlook these contract opportunities. The VAMC solicitation was published Wednesday, revised on Thursday, and the initial response due date is 9/23/22.
Also, we have a number of buyers serious about finding quality valued businesses for sale in key area. If you are interested in selling your business and you operate in one of these areas, please contact us only if you are serious and prepared to answer basic questions.
We recently corresponded with someone who appeared serious, but when we asked basic questions, they responded saying it is "for a friend who wants to retire" and "the buyer can contact him if they are interested."
With all due respect, that is not the way this works. Joel is never going to refer or recommend a business without first conducting a valuation. We don't operate like craigslist of some social group. Our job is to vet and value the business to help both parties make the best possible deal, so please be realistic and contact us only if you are serious.
