Subject: Updates to Store Advertisement and More

Hello to all our Active Licensees!  I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!
First, I'd like to share with you an update to some of our store advertisements that we are distributing to many retail stores.  Please see the attached file.

The reason for the updates is to offer more insight and subtly enhance our "terms" while further reducing possible confusion to customers and store representatives for a handful of reason as follows:
  1. If you will recall at our July seminar, I mentioned we are, in select areas and on a limited basis, offering assembly services.  We've had a handful of instances where customers assumed the cost of assembly was included in the cost of delivery.  Obviously, this is NOT the case.  Assembly services are a separate fee and are typically scheduled as a separate work order

  2. I mentioned in a previous newsletter our need to modify our haul-off policy so we took this opportunity to articulate this change in policy on our advertisement.  Due to increasing dump fees, we no longer offer flat haul-off fees.  Now, we are leaving to the amount/quote to our contractors and customers are paying our contractors directly.  The reason is simple - our contractors were taking a financial loss on time and dumping fees.  This is a classic example of where you want to listen to and consider the insight and feedback of your contractors

  3. We recently had a customer go online and place a work order in the middle of the night.  She requested it be delivered between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM that same morning.  Needless to say, she called our dispatcher to complain that her items weren't delivered a short few hours from when she placed her order.  For this reason, we included the "24-hour delivery is NOT guaranteed for online orders."  It simply wasn't realistic

It's important to understand that work orders place online automatically go to a "pending" status that must be approved by you/your staff for this exact scenario.  You can't have someone in the middle of the night place an order online requesting it to be delivered in a short few hours and you never even have a chance to see or assign the work order

  4. Another edit is the addition of the "Note: Delivery Services may be interrupted by holiday and store hours."  This inclusion is the result of a recent incident when a store closed early due to the Labor Day holiday and we were unable to pick up the customer's items prior to closing.  Obviously, this situation directly affected delivery for this customer.  Hence, we want to underscore this potential conflict so we don't upset customers or lead them to believe we made a mistake

  5. Again, the reason why we want to articulate and underscore these stipulations on our advertisements is not just for the customers.  It is also for the store representatives.  We've had incidents where customers suggest store representatives told them something that was inaccurate.  Therefore, we want to do everything possible to eliminate confusion for all parties

  6. You will notice the template I have attached leaves room for you to add your website and phone number.  Your website will go directly below "Schedule Your Delivery Online and Save $10."  Your phone number will go directly below "Call for a quote or to make reservation."
Second, we have Active Licensees at various stages of development - everything from newbies studying my material, others working on getting their merchant and FetchMozzo account integrated, to Licensees in full operation.

Regardless of where you are at in development, STAY FOCUSED!  Do not "chase shiny objects" and get bogged down in the weeds wasting your time with irrelevant tasks or distractions.

The most important thing is sales, sales, sales - bottom line!

Realistically, you don't need a website to start your business,  Use your flyers and advertisements and "Just Get Sales!"

Realistically, you don't need to have multiple contractors to start soliciting stores and prospective customers.  All you need is one contractor so "Just Get Sales!"

Realistically, you don't need to be prepared to offer all types of services.  Focus on what you're currently equipped to do and "Just Get Sales!"
I will continue to send more information and updates to some of our policies that we are further modifying as well as the development of our "Quick Courier" (QC) functionality.  QC is going to provide you with one more source of revenue to exploit with local retailers.  We're very excited about this opportunity.
See you at the Top!
