Hello to all my Million Dollar Peeps!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well, and business is booming!

Like you, my team and I continue to get busier and busier.  Because we don't take any of you for granted and NEED to ensure we always have ample time for each and every client-provider, it's necessary for me to bump up our pricing for direct coaching.

I know, I know, increase pricing during a time of economic calamity is not something anyone wants to hear.  

Trust me, I completely understand and sympathize.  We have deferred raising rates for as long as possible. My team and I strategized going back to last summer and into the fall on how we can creatively better manage our schedules specifically to avoid raising our rates, but ultimately, because our first and foremost priority is with those who entrust us with their investment, raising rates has become necessary.

We will be increasing one-on-one coaching rates for new clients as of July 1st.

The good news, the "trade-off," is between this very minute and the end of Monday the 29th, we'll do a "Memorial Day Special" - a single $3,500 investment for one-on-one coaching which includes a custom market analysis.

That's a $1,000 savings!

Quick Side Note #1: My peeps are running closer to 20 weeks for development of custom market analysis.  Sorry folks, I have to offer that disclaimer.  There's just no quick turnaround for all the research, phone calls, callbacks, etc., associated in building each custom project, but hey, their effort and experience saves you a LOT of time, headache, heartache, and tedious aggravation!

By all means, we can definitely start work, one-on-one, prior to the completion of your market analysis, but your market analysis will definitely be a great strategizing tool - identifying key facility "targets" to prioritize and solicit.

Again, I understand no one wants to hear of increased pricing - we've had enough of it over the last 2-plus years, but it's a necessity to ensure adequate time to take care of our clients.  

It's like working with a broker.  Sure, you can take all of those cheap garbage runs and play the "volume game" in hopes of making money, but all you're going to do it tire yourself out while killing your time and assets.

It's far better to be more selective with less overall volume while remaining focused on more fruitful and productive work.
