I trust you are all enjoying the weekend with friends and family and hope you are blessed with nice weather!
I know we all hate the "scarcity" tactic, "only five minutes left," or "only 1 seat left." You get the idea. But we do only have two units left of Joel's DVDs, so anyone beyond that who might be taking advantage of our Memorial Day sale that ends tonight will have to wait for restock before being shipped. So not a problem, just a little delay.
Let me also share some more unique questions we received in the event you might have similar thoughts and questions:
1. "Do you all help with finding vehicles?"
Yes, absolutely! In fact, Joel prefers that you allow him to help you find the "right" vehicle versus you purchasing the wrong type of vehicle and then just hoping it works (and yes, we see this frequently!).
2. "Based on the services provided, will we be able to make a profit by the end of the 60-days since we’re just beginning this business?"
No, absolutely not. Any business that guarantees you profitability in 60-days - RUN! It is an absolute scam and they are trying to grab your cash.
3. "Does the 60-day coaching also consists of helping with website setup, setting rates, and securing contracts?"
a. No, but since you signed up for one-on-one with Joel, you will save $500 on website development.
The cost of website development is $1,497 plus $47 per month. The $1,497 buildout is for the cost of one-time buildout of the website and creation of corresponding marketing material. The $47 per month is active membership to the UMTPG which is required because your monthly membership includes the cost of URL, hosting, SSL certificate, all SEO work, and regular maintenance.
Because you will be working with Joel, you would pay only $997 for the one-time buildout fee and marketing material and $47 per month.
b. Getting contracts is a process. They definitely take time. You don't show up to a facility and demand they sign a contract. They have no idea who you are, if you will show up on time, if you will be in business next week, etc. Contracts and service agreements come after you have cultivated a legitimate relationship based on trust and reliability. Therefore, to answer you question, you most likely will not be working on contracts or service agreements during your initial 60 days of working with Joel. Further down the road, after you have cultivated the relationships, then yes, absolutely, Joel can help you with contracts and service agreements. He routinely works with providers to prepare contracts and service agreements. However, that work would be billed as continued coaching because it would most likely fall well outside the 60-days of coaching.
4. "In the email with subject “Quick follow up message from Dawn” does #8 mean we can hold and apply the discount at a later time of we’re not ready to start now?"
No, the discount is good through tonight. Thereafter, it will return to $4,500 through the month of June and then increase as of July 1.
What I was referring to in my previous email is you can make your reservation now to take advantage and save $1,000 and start at a later date. Believe it or not, we just had a new client-provider make a
reservation and asked if he can start as of the first of the year - January 2024! I am not sure for the cause of such a delay, but not a problem. Joel will definitely honor that request.
