If you haven't yet been to Italy, make sure you get here sooner rather than later and make sure you spend time in the old villages. The people and places in the old villages are awesome! As you can see, my daughter is a big hit with the cute little old ladies - love them!
But, the purpose of this message is two fold - age and growth.
None of us are getting any younger. Hence, the reason why it's important that you leverage time and maximize your earning potential (so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in Italy with your family and be surrounded by little old ladies who make awesome sauce)!
For those of you who I'll be seeing and working with next month at the Round Table Gathering, please take the time to watch at the bottom. I shared this video shortly before I left for Italy and although it is long, there are some really good nuggets of information that will benefit you and your broker business.
As of this message, we are back up to 50 contractors after losing two. One contractor I added just before I left and the second we just hired this week. We are also bringing on new contractors to help us in the near future in a new market and I believe I will be adding a new RD in that location in the coming spring.
Again, age and growth - bottom line. We're not getting any younger so we need to grow and maximize our earning potential so we can leave a legacy while being able to enjoy the finer things with those we love.
Again, I know the video is long, but break it up and watch it in pieces if necessary. It's because of people like those in this video that I'm able to be in this village in the mountains of Italy enjoying the sunset and sharing this message with you!
