| As I'm sure you can all imagine, we see some crazy things. The more people we work with, the more craziness we see.
We literally had someone arguing with my "Team DDC" over some structuring of their business and they were adamant that my peeps were wrong because their "tax preparer" (NOT a CPA) advised them otherwise. Long story short, in digging a little deeper, the person admitted that his "tax preparer" .......wait for it........wait for it........is a seasonal tax preparer working at Walmart!!
You can't make this stuff up. And no, I'm not hatin' on Wally Wally World (Walmart) and the pictured image is not the particular tax preparer in mention, but you get the idea.
As a quick side note, anyone serious about enlisting the help of my team and me, please be respectful to my peeps. I personally enjoy and thrive on hater emails, but I'll be the first to admit that I'm "unique" like that, but my peeps bust their butts working to help people, so please don't disrespect them.
My peeps recently had to turn down a "newbie" for getting chippy with his mouth when Lisa suggested he invest in a custom market analysis to develop a more strategic marketing and soliciting plan because he has no prior experience, connections, or established relationships.
Long story short, (1) please be respectful of my peeps, and (2) do NOT make the mistake of thinking a seasonal tax preparer will be able to assist/advise you on the dynamic business models we work to teach our client-providers.
