Subject: The Benefits of Vetting Prospects

Hello to all my peeps in the Million Dollar Community!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well, and business is booming!

I know a LOT of people hate on us because when it comes to buying/selling their business we don't act like a billboard in a coffee shop - where people pin their business card and hope someone will see and call.  

Sorry, folks, but we actually vet the buyer/seller and conduct a business valuation BEFORE we connect anyone.  Why?  Because we're NOT going to waste anyone's time AND we protect our peeps! 

Further, we sure as heck aren't like your free online groups - you know, the one's where all the "experienced gurus" are prostituting themselves, falling over to sell their 1 or 2 vehicle "business" with no contracts.  They're throwing in the towel because the Medicaid brokers BROKE their spirits (As I digress!).

Anyway, the following is an email I received this afternoon.  Why am I sharing it?  Because this for a $4,400,000 deal and the buyer is well familiar with the seller's business it's been operating "right under his nose" all this time.  As you can tell by his surprise, all throughout our vetting process, the buyer had no idea!

Why?  BECAUSE WE PROTECT OUR PEOPLE and we're not going to waste anyone's time!!

Again, I know a LOT of people hate on my team and me because we don't operate like the "White Walkers" and the "White Walker Advisors" in the group chats. 

God has blessed us with the opportunity to work with so many awesome people like this particular buyer and seller.  Therefore, passing along garbage information, prostituting our services/pricing, or kissing anyone's A$$ in hopes of making some cheap sales is not necessary.  

Bottom line, you get what you pay for.  If you're confident the freebee experts can get you to where you need to be with the desired ROI, then "Mazel tov!"

For those of you who operate a "legitimate business" in any of the key areas we've mentioned in previous emails, reach out and let us know.  We'll email you some preliminary questions to determine if it's a business we feel confident in working with, especially if we already have an interested buyer.

Notice, I say "legitimate business."  The group chats are flooded with independent operators trying to liquidate their 1-2 sedans, minivans, or overprices Transits.  Sorry, those are NOT legitimate "businesses!"  

I'll reiterate, liquidating vehicles is NOT, is NOT, is NOT selling a business.  It's liquidation!  BIG difference!
