Hello to everyone in the Million Dollar and Broker communities! As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!
As I've shared in previous videos and newsletters, your goal should be to grow and scale your business. If it's not, what's the point?!
Seriously, if you're not growing and scaling you're remaining an independent operator and, thus, you're creating a own job. There's NO longevity to such as strategy and it definite prohibits your ability to gain any real, legitimate, and sustainable contracts and service agreements.
Just consider some of the VA contracts that we periodically share with UMTPG members. There's NO way an independent operator can take advantage of such opportunities.
I'd like to share some comments from Mike in Texas. Some of you are going to meet him next month in Orlando at our Round Table Gathering:

Nothing speaks greater volume than what others are saying. Again, in Orlando, for those of you in attendance, I'm SURE Mike will be willing to share how he made some VERY, VERY costly mistakes prior to retaining our services.
What I love and appreciate most about someone like Mike is that we've totally rebranded his image, built his website, market analysis, Executive Welcome Packet, marketing materials, overhauled his strategies, policies and procedures, etc., etc., etc. AND HE'S STILL COMING TO ORLANDO BECAUSE HE'S HUNGRY TO LEARN AND LEVERAGE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!
Mike is US Army combat veteran and a former police officer. Hence, the reason why he's a doer and not an excuse maker! I LOVE IT!!
Mike is literally flying to NY to purchase van that we found him and then driving it back to the great state of Texas. Chances are good I might be meeting him in the coming days, but all of you in attendance next month in Orlando will also meet Mike, learn his story, and how we've been able to "right his ship."
If you're like some of Mike's competitors or you simply don't believe you're maximizing the full potential of your business and market opportunities, then let us know when you're done with excuses and you're ready for change.
