Subject: Seeking guidance after significant financial loss

Good morning, Everyone,

This is Dawn.  I hope you are all doing well.

We receive a lot of interesting emails and unique situations.  Often times, client-providers come to us after experiencing serious mishaps and missteps, but the following email underscores what can happen when you fall prey to the many jokers online.  Everyone thinks they are an "expert."  It is truly nauseating, but nothing is really surprising anymore.  

As Joel often says, "Please learn from the mistakes of others - it is a whole lot cheaper!"
