Subject: Quick Update

Hello everyone,

This is Dawn. I hope you are all doing great!

Dan recently sent out an email talking about the short-term promo we have going through the end of Friday for $200 off your custom market analysis project.  The reason for this promo is because, without fail, as we near the end of the year we end up having what we call a "log jam" where everyone wants to start fast in the new year, which is great, but the problem is developing custom market analysis projects take quite some time.  We are currently running between 18 and 20 weeks for development depending on the size of the project.

We have received a lot of great questions, especially from many who are new to the NEMT industry.  A couple of common questions are "What is the purpose of a custom market analysis and what does it do?"

Great questions.

I think Dan summarized it best.  "A custom market analysis is a large intelligence project. We data mine for details of facilities in your area of operation so you can then develop an effective strategic marketing and solicitation plan."

The easy part is mapping the facilities in your area - hospitals, rehab, dialysis centers, nursing and skilled care facilities, assisted and independent living and retirement communities.

Chances are good you might know or even be familiar with many of them, but the hard part, and most time consuming, is we call each facility/lead to try to determine what they are currently doing for transportation (in house versus outsourcing), their size (overall beds vs. current number of residents), their population percentages (heavy private vs. government assistance), and who is the person(s) we would want to speak with to introduce our service.

Side note, if you think it is easier doing all the research and all making phone calls on your own, especially if you are new to the industry, just pick 10 facilities and call for yourself and you will soon discover the challenge and why it requires so many callbacks in hopes of piecing together accurate and targeted information.

Again, the whole purpose is to develop a strategic plan to reach out, connect with, befriend, and solicit facilities, but as we always tell everyone, a custom market analysis is worthless if you do nothing with it.

We have providers who will order a custom market analysis, we bust our butt to put it together, and then
all they do is broker work. That is a complete waste of time, effort, and a missed opportunity.
You want to solicit and cultivate relationship with these facilities so you can, hopefully, work to establish and cultivate direct pay contract and service agreements.

If you are interest in enlisting our help to prepare a custom market analysis, I encourage you to make your reservation by midnight Friday, 9/22/23, so you can save $200 and help us avoid a year end "log jam!"

We are not going to make changes to the website.  Just send us an email and let us know you want to save $200 and we will send you an electronic invoice.

Note, this is ONLY for new orders, and your invoice needs to be paid by midnight Friday, 9/22/23.

This is a great savings opportunity for you and a great convenience for us.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you,
