Subject: Possible Round Table Event

Hello to all my Million Dollar Peeps!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well, and business is booming!

I just returned to New York from another great vacation where I had the pleasure of meeting another awesome family and client-provider.  Hey, like I tell all of you, if we're working together, when I'm "passing through," we're getting together for steak!

This awesome husband and wife team and I have been working together for quite some time, but this is the first time we met in person.  In addition to some awesome beach time, we had a greater dinner, and then we went to their house to see their second van and demonstrate how to use their new stretcher.

This past summer, my family and I traveled extensively - parlaying business with pleasure.  I had the privilege of meeting with 6 different providers and their families. These visits confirmed what I’ve seen for years - many providers still face persistent pain points that hold them back from scaling and making the kind of money they envision.

This leads to the purpose of this message and what I am considering - a very small, private round table gathering the weekend of November 8th in Florida.

I know, I know, it's short notice - two months out.  But hey, I don't care.  There's people who make things happen, people who watch things happen, and people who say, "What the heck just happened!"  

People who are serious just find a way to make things happen.

I haven’t hosted a live round table event since 2020, but after spending time with these awesome providers in person over this past summer, learning more about their pain points, hearing their ambitions, I believe the timing is right to do it again. 

This is very much in the brainstorming stages as it really dependent on the amount of feedback and interest from those who are serious and make things happen, but if we move forward, this round table event would be dramatically different from the blah, blah, blah "national accreditation" industry clowns.  OMG, that worthless superficial trip being preached by brokers who are filing for bankruptcy is nauseating!  

Details of such an event would be as follows:

Small & Focused. This is NOT a conference with dozens of people where most questions go unanswered, where you're taught about brokers, or how to look, act, and operate on thin margins like your competitors.  If you want to duplicated what your competitors are doing, you need to go to the "national conventions" to get your lanyards and have breakout sessions being taught by brokers who manage their companies so well they accumulate $1.4B and file for bankruptcy (As I digress!). This event would be designed to be every small and intimate to ensure we remain focused and no one leaves with question unanswered or wondering “What do I do next?

Beyond NEMT Basics. Obviously, we’ll address ways to advance and enhance your NEMT business, but more importantly, the focus will be on how to make money and build wealth—practical strategies for financial freedom beyond just your operations.  Again, this is not a "national convention."  If you're determined that you want to be a perpetual operator, working IN your business versus ON your business, not a problem, but this would definitely NOT be an event for you.  If that's your intent, honestly, you should seek guidance from your local competitors (Seriously, you have NO idea how many emails from people echoing, "But this is what my competitor does," or "This is what they look like," and "This is what they use," blah, blah, blah). 

Family-Oriented. I travel with my wife and kids (ages 7 and 9) and encourage you to bring your spouse and family as well. We'll do a "Meet and Greet" the night before which is always good for everyone to get acquainted and start to network. On the day of the event, Saturday, the 8th, your spouse and kids can all go "hang together."  Outside of Saturday, our work day, the rest of the time is family time.  After all, family is more important than business, but it's business that supports the family!

Premium & Selective. This will be an exclusive, premium event with a high-level investment required. It is not for everyone.  Like I mentioned not too long ago, I’m intentionally “thinning the herd” and becoming more selective on who we work with and keep on retainer.  I know that posture might offend and bother people, but sorry, that's just where I'm at in my life.  I don't need to be a "salesy salesman.  I'm not desperate to close anyone for anything.  People either "get it" and have a like mind, or they don't and I simply don't have time to waste.  Game recognizes game, and I can only work with those who are serious, recognize value, and refuse to make excuses.

Again, I fully realize this is short notice, just over two months away, but that’s fine for "doers."  This isn't for those who hem and haw, drag their feet, or trip over pebbles.  Further, NOT everyone can or will be invited!

Out of respect for my one-on-one clients who keep me on retainer, we cannot accept attendees from those areas.  Those on retainer take priority, and I need to protect their interests.  

As mentioned, this is still in the brainstorming stages and I'm going to further discuss this with my team over the next two weeks, and based on the level of response and seriousness, we will make a final decision if we are moving forward.  

We won't be sending out a ton of mass emails on this possible event because, again, I'm not doing the desperate salesy crap that the industry clowns do.  I can't stand that laughable nonsense.
