This is Dan. I few quick topics I would like to share:
1. In doing some research and prep work for one of our New York based client-providers I stumbled across this recent post:

Please don't ever be this foolish. There are so many ways to legally and ethically make money both inside and outside the NEMT industry that such greedy foolishness simply is not necessary. And, you will sleep better at night!
2. Also, I know it has been several months since we (Team DDC) have been able to offer our one-on-one services to help many of you newbies just entering the business. Well, after many months with a full schedule we believe we will have some breathing room after the new year.
If you are a rather new subscriber to our newsletter, "Team DDC" is how Joel affectionately refers to Dawn, Charlie, and me (Dan, Dawn, Charlie).
A few years ago, in an effort to alleviate some of Joel's workload, we decided to create a one-on-one coaching program directed more towards those first starting out and most likely don't need a high degree of strategic, legal, or risk assessment planning.
If you are new to the industry or are in the initial planning stages of your NEMT business and you want to ensure you get it right, working with the three of us for 90-day can be a great cost effective opportunity. Based on our schedule and current workload, we believe we can bring on 3 more client-providers who are able to start work shortly after the first of the year.

If you would like to take advantage of one of these three slots, we will send you an electronic invoice. The reason we don't currently feature it on any of Joel's websites is because we can't always provide this service. It is based completely on availability.
3. If you operate your business in Florida, South Carolina, or Texas and you are interested in selling your business, please contact us. Interestingly enough, in these three states in particular, we have multiple cash buyers who are looking to purchase a well built NEMT business.
These are cash buyers - not SBA buyers or anyone looking for "creative financing."
