We are starting to get a little "breathing room" in working with some of our many "newbies." We have room for 2, maybe 3 at most, new client-providers to work with one-on-one with "Team DDC." For those of you who might be new to our newsletter, Joel refers to three of us, Dan, Dawn, and Charlie, as a type of wrestling tag team, "Team DDC." Too funny.
Shortly before the first of the year we devised the plan of having the three of us work directly with "newbies" for 60 days at a reduced rate to alleviate Joel's workload while also helping those of you who are new to the industry to get started and operational while saving some money.
This opportunity is ideal for those of you just starting out and working to put the nuts and bolts together. It doesn't include things like contract work and negotiations, dynamic strategic planning, risk management, etc. Those are all important tasks that you would want Joel's help,
Our goal is to help you further learn the industry, assist with various applications, prepare policies and procedures, establish daily operations and logistics, and help you make a great first impression to area facilities, staff, and families.
We do not feature this opportunity on any of our websites because we need to limit the number of people we work with so we don't neglect any of our many existing projects and work. If interested, please let us know and we will send you an electronic invoice. As mentioned, we can accommodate 2-3 more people at most, so this is a first come first serve opportunity.
There will only be one option which includes a custom market analysis. The reason is because the market analysis is too valuable, and we need to get things right from the beginning. We will also be sending you copies of Joel's videos and the MDT Business Plan.
