I've been away for most of the last week - doing my bi-monthly Adirondack get-away! And while I was gone, I trust y'all saw what happened, right? ......
ModivCRAP filed for bankruptcy!
That's right, "ModivCare Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on August 20, 2025. The filing is part of a restructuring plan to reduce the company's debt by approximately $1.1 billion."
I'm not even going to begin to gloat because I know there are a TON of people reading this message who consume my content but do NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING with it because they just keep gobbling up the low hanging fruit and they NEVER saw this coming.
We have so many providers who've been following the Fakebook groupies and the Battle of the Dingbats supposedly learning "How to sign up with more brokers" and "How to make 6 figures with a single van" or "How to become a trusted provider for your broker!"
The bull$!@# NEVER ends!.
Even better, EVEN BETTER are those who go to the "national conventions" for "national accredidation" and get lectured by THE SAME F-ING BROKERS who ..... wait for it ...... wait for it ...... file for bankruptcy with $1.1 BILLION in debt.
OMG! The attached picture couldn't be more applicable.
This is EXACTLY why I tell you this industry has been absolutely diluted by crackhead crooked brokers, slap dick organizations posing as an "Authority," and sheeple who've NEVER DONE $hit but think they're experts!
And trust me, before anyone sends me hate mail claiming I do the same, err, sorry, I've been calling all this $!@# out for far too long. I've NEVER suggested or encouraged anyone to join the crackhead sharecropping plantations - you know, the ones where you're forming a "PARTNERSHIP," yet while they're squeezing out every single ounce of profit while squeezing you, AND, AND, AND they know they're about to file for bankruptcy, DID THEY TELL YOU??? Did they tell you, their "PARTNER?!"
LET ME BE CLEAR: You should ONLY BE IN THIS INDUSTRY if you plan to build your business so YOU ARE IN CONTROL, you squeeze out profit and cash, and you NEVER allow someone else to be in control.
And FYI, anyone who wants to send me hate mail sharing some pollyanna story of "giving to the community," send it to ModivCRAP! I don't want to hear it. This is EXACTLY why my team and I have to increase our rates to be more selective on who we work with because the level of delusion by sheeple is insane!
PROTECT and PRESERVE YOUR SANITY and EMPOWER YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS by BEING IN CONTROL! ANYONE, ANYONE, ANYONE suggesting or selling that low hanging fruit bull$!@#, TURN AND RUN! They've never scaled or made a dime! STOP listening to Tards!
