The VA just posted a "Special Needs Ground Transportation Service" for the VA Palo Alto Health Care Systems. This acquisition is for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), but as we have seen many times in the past, when the VA can’t find a competent and capable SDVOSB, they will expand their search to other providers with the required capabilities, so I wouldn't hesitate to submit your information even if you are not an SDVOSB.
