It looks like some new and interesting opportunities have populated.
1. Updates to the TN Pre-Solicitation that we sent earlier this month have been posted. According to the VA, there are 70,000 vets in the defined service area. They are currently providing 0 monthly ambulatory trips, 410 monthly wheelchair trips, and 84 monthly stretcher transports. The current annual contract averages $866,281.
2. The VA posted an Active Contract Request for the Portland area. This is a 5 year contract.
3. An interesting contract opportunity is for courier transportation of hospital linen throughout VA hospitals in Kansas and Missouri. This might be a good opportunity for those you operating your broker business as well.
