The VA is issuing contracts in NC and WI.
The site locations in North Carolina are Salisbury, Kernersville, and Charlotte.
For Wisconsin, approximately 70% of the transports will occur within Milwaukee County, but transports may periodically be required in all of Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, eastern Minnesota, and northern Illinois.
They anticipated going right to issuing an RFP on or around June 8, 2020 so you will want to pursue this opportunity rather quickly.
