The VA has published a Sources Sought Notice for North Carolina. They are seeking providers in and around the Charlotte region.
It sounds like the VA initially posted this quite some time ago as a solicitation, but due to a inadequate interest by qualified providers, they retracted the solicitation and are now issuing a Sources Sought Notice.
This could be a great opportunity for a serious provider.
