Subject: Marketing Your Business - Upcoming Opportunities

Hello to everyone within the Million Dollar Community!  As always,
I hope this message finds you all doing well and that business is
booming!

Marketing and connecting with your customers and facility staff is
critical to creating, establishing, and reaffirming your brand.

Quickly approaching are two key opportunities that you definitely
want to leverage - Valentine's Day and Easter.

If you haven't already done so, you need to start planning for
these two upcoming events now.

Some key points of interest and strategies are as follows:

1. Chocolate IS a food group - bottom line!  If you don't agree,
please move back to Siberia!

But seriously, plan on investing in some quality chocolate for
Valentines Day.

2. I stress quality chocolate that is nicely packaged for a couple
reasons.

First, you don't want to be cheap.  Cheap leads to more cheap!
You don't need to be extravagant, but you can't be cheap either.

Get something unique that staff members typically would not
typically receive - IE: M&M's, Hershey Kisses, etc.

Second, make sure that the chocolate is nicely packaged.
Presentation is always important.  Try and get something that is
in some type of a nice box or carton that is easy for you to buy
in bulk, transport and distribute, and allows you to place your
company label on the package.

 3. PRINT nice labels with a nice font type and attach them to
each box/package.

Each label should say something to the affect of:

        Thank you for your friendship!
We look forward to continuing to serve you.
        Compliments of XYZ Company
                     (123) 555-6789

4. You should plan on visiting each facility with whom you serve
and place a box/package at each station.

It is important that you place these items at each station and not
address them to individual people by name so as to avoid any
bias and risk getting anyone in trouble.

"Sharing is caring" - you want to look like you are sharing with
the entire unit and not specific people.

5.  Again, whatever you get, ensure that it is good quality and is
tastefully packaged.  You want to leverage the Valentine's theme
and colors but you don't want anything mushy or inappropriate.

6. After Valentine's Day you want to quickly begin rolling out your
Easter discount promotion - so plan for Easter now!

7.  Waiting until after Valentine's Day is important so you don't
confuse anyone and, even more important, is it gives you a
legitimate reason to get in front of, interact with, and engage
staff and clients.

8. Valentine's Day is spending holiday for you.  IE: You need to
invest in chocolate.  But Easter should be relatively cheap
because your gift is discounted transportation!

The only thing you should really be spending money on for
Easter is the printing of your discount cards/promotional
materials.

Before I get carried away making this message too long, just
remember, advertising and marketing are NOT the same.
Advertising can be isolated engagements.  Marketing should
be a series of interrelated strategies and techniques to interact
with your clientele.

Regardless of what you choose to do, engage your clientele,
deliver great service, and build a positive brand.

See you at the Top!

What others are saying: "I want to take a minute and sincerely
thank you for all of your instruction and guidance over the last
two months.  You have been instrumental in every aspect of
setting up our business, from our name and logo, to our website
and everything in between.  You even made sure we selected
the "right" first van!  Three months ago I new absolutely nothing
about the NEMT business, so I ordered your ebook, all of your
DVD Series, and your one on one coaching with market analysis.
Doing so proved to be my best investment!  You didn't just
provide us with answers to our many questions you explained
how and why you came up with what you did.  You taught us
how to think along the lines of a successful NEMT business!
As our company expands, we will continue to enlist your help
with one on one coaching.  If you are ever in our area, please
look me up as I would like to thank you for everything in person.

Wishing you continued success!
