Subject: Looking for your feedback if experiencing a delay

Good afternoon,

This is Charlie.  Our developers for Dispatching Made Easy (DME) have been implementing a new mapping functionality.  Prior to this development, all our dedicated servers and backups were upgraded to ensure proper security and capacity for our growing number of users.

We just received notification by a second users that they are experiencing latent periods when transitioning from one function to the next.  If you are an active DME user and experiencing any similar issues, please email us your primary user account name and credentials.

We have many different dedicated servers to accommodate all of our users, so your direct feedback might help us identify and determine if there is a problem with a specific server or associated component.

My apologies in advance if you are an active user experiencing any lag time.  Please know that your data is safe and secure, and we can't thank you enough for your patience while we further investigate and resolve this issue.
