I see instances of these types of lawsuits all over the country as I work with client-providers, insurance companies, medical groups, etc.
I know ridesharing is the hip new venture, but it exposed a lot of people to liability and the brokers could care less!
Logisticare, MTM, the brokers, etc., they're protected and can afford large attorney fees. It's the unsuspecting providers who are left hanging out to dry.
I'm telling you, (1) build your business the right way to insulate your profitability, and (2) diversify your business model so you're never dependent to allow someone or circumstance to control your earnings!
