Joel uploaded an important PDF to the Members Only section of YouAreTheBroker.com. It is an exchange between Chris, one of Joel's RDs and a new prospect, Daniel. It is a great learning tool.
When you log into the Members Only section, look for "208 - Great Learning Tool from Prospective Contractor."
I also suggest downloading and reading "207 - Message from Joel Discussing Important Issues." That is a 13 page PDF in which Joel discusses many important topics. I know 13 pages might sound like a lot, but it is all very important.
