First, congratulations to Kevin, Darrell, Vanessa and Benson. Kevin and Darrell are two business partners who sold their business to a great husband and wife team, Vanessa and Benson have been in business since 2020 and are working to expand their existing NEMT business into a new location. As Joel says, "The fastest way to scale is through acquisition," and this acquisition is just such an opportunity.
The closing was this past Thursday and proved to be a "win-win" for everyone, so congratulation to all of you!
If you are interested in selling an existing NEMT business, please contact us. As Joel has noted in previous messages, for some strange reason we have an unusually greater number of buyers than we do sellers. Contact us if interested and we will forward to you some preliminary questions to see if you are a good fit to work with Joel and some of our buyers.
Also, I would say we can bring on two new client-providers for the month of July to work with us, "Team DDC" (Dan, Charlie, and me). We have an existing client who needs to delay their start date a bit due to personal issues, so that gives us a little more flexibility.
This is a first come first serve opportunity, so please contact us and we will forward to you an electronic invoice. Again, we would like to start in July for this 90-day program.
If you are new more direct assistance in anything regarding contracts, service agreements, liability or risk management related issues, then you definitely need to be working directly with Joel.
