Subject: Important Updates for the Round Table Gathering

Hello everyone, it's Emilia, Joel's Assistant.

Thank you all for your continued great emails and questions.  We continue to receive a lot of questions and feedback so I want to further share information so you can all benefit.

Many of you may have seen Joel's recent video titled "Logisticare Strikes Again."  If you haven't yet seen that 10 minute video, please click here.

In that video Joel shares an email from a provider who is $300,000 in debt after investing in vehicles and additional infrastructure to cater to Logisticare only to have trip volume decline and lose business in being dependent on Medicaid brokers.

After sharing that video we received a flood of emails.  Barry from Mississippi wrote "Joel, I am an NEMT provider of 16 years working my way out of the Medicaid broker business.  What is Emilia's email?  I need a spot in Atlanta.  I am tired of the crap they have been telling us for years.  I think it's worse here now."

However, after receiving information for the Round Table Gathering, Barry tune quickly changed to "Emilia thank you for the information.  A $5,150 non refundable deposit just to hear what Joel has to say, plus another 15k seems pretty high. I'm a more capable and resourceful subject. No disrespect, but that sounds like a broker."

The reason I share Barry's emails is so all of you considering the event completely understand that the Round Table Gathering is not just about NEMT.

Many of our attendees at this even are from the NEMT and home care industries which is great, but needless to say, Joel's broker business and the YouAreTheBroker.com opportunity have nothing to do with NEMT.  This is a completely different business model with much greater margins and no regulation.

Further, the Round Table Gathering is NOT "just to hear what Joel has to say."  Unlike like a typically seminar where the presenter speaks the entire time, the reason why only 12 people will be attending this event is because Joel will be engaging each of you to further discuss how to enhance your specific business while laying the foundation for launching your own broker business.

I understand the word "broker" might be confusing when Joel references his "broker business" and "YouAreTheBroker.com," but if you are not truly familiar with that business model I encourage you to read through our website and visit our YouTube channel to watch some of our many videos to learn more.

Personally, I am not well versed in the NEMT industry, so I cannot speak articulately on many NEMT related subjects.  I work with Joel in his broker business and assist him with his role with YouAreTheBroker.com and can attest there is no comparison in terms of higher earnings and less margins.

The reason why the enrollment investment for becoming an active YouAreTheBroker.com licensee is $20,000 is because of the value.  The delivery and moving industry is obviously growing and Joel's broker business is on track to exceed $3,025,000 in 2019 with between 27-30% margin with no vehicle, maintenance, insurance, or employee, or associated overhead expenses.  In fact, I am technically Joel's only employee related to his broker business with all of our contractors and dispatchers being 1099 employees.

Barry is correct, attending the Round Table Gathering is $5,000.  However, he is wrong in that you are not required to invest another $15,000 unless you decide to move forward and start your own broker business and join YouAreTheBroker.com.  If you do elect to become an active licensee by the end of 2019, Joel will apply your $5,000 cost for the Round Table Gathering towards your enrollment investment in becoming a licensee.  Under such circumstance, you are essentially attending the Round Table Gathering for free!

Clearly understand, you are not obligated to become a licensee if you choose not to.  If you do, 25% of your enrollment is already paid for and you would have attended the Round Table Gathering free of charge and met and networked with some great people....not "just to hear what Joel has to say."

I know it is free to join Medicaid broker networks in the NEMT industry, but to barrow a page from Joel's script, "How is that working out for you?"  You join brokers for free, invest in vehicles, assets, employees, and then you hope the Medicaid brokers give you work?  I guess that is what is called savvy strategy for "capable and resourceful subjects."

However, investing in a business with no regulation, multiple sources of revenue, 1099 contractors, and an industry that is much more expansive as compared to a niche NEMT industry "seems pretty high?"

I know I might be a bit biased because I don't know enough about the NEMT industry, but in working with Joel over the last year and seeing the progress of his broker business and how it operates in five states with him living in New York is actually quite impressive.

I am sharing the following FAQs in the event you are not "a more capable and resourceful subject" and you are interested in transitioning to a completely different business model.

I've heard enough horror stories about Medicaid brokers approving trips and then not paying.  In working in Joel's broker business, I can attest that getting paid is not a problem because we receive every single payment before service is delivered and then we pay our contractors.  It could not be a more different business model.

Question: Can I bring my spouse to the Round Table Gathering?

Answer: Yes and no.  You can bring your spouse and/or business partner to the Friday Night Meet & Greet on 10/8/19, but ONLY one person per reservation will attend the Round Table Gathering on Saturday, 10/19/19.

Technically, if your spouse and/or business partner wanted to attend the Round Table Gathering on Saturday, he/she would need to pay for a separate reservation, but as of right now, I don't think we will have availability.  Should anything change we will definitely let everyone know.

Question: What do I need to bring to the event to be prepared?

Answer: You don't need to bring anything by your willingness to participate, ask Joel business for how to strengthen and grow your business, and network with others from around the country.

Question: I am really serious about starting my own broker business.  How much time will be invested into Joel discussing how to start and operate my broker business?

Answer: Great question. I am sure Joel will invest a great deal of time answering questions about starting your broker business and operating it successfully in addition to your existing business because the broker business is really the underlying theme of this event.  That is why Joel will be taking your investment of $5,000 and reapplying it towards your Enrollment Investment to YouAreTheBroker.com should you decide to launch your business by the end of this year.

Question: Why is the reservation for this event non-refundable?  What if I am not satisfied?

Answer: You are right, the reservation amount is non-refundable.  Although we respect and appreciate your question, if you are already concerned about Joel, this event, what you will learn, who you will meet, etc., this event is not for you.  Please, do not apply!  I know that sounds harsh and I apologize, but honestly, it's true.

Question: Where do I find hotel information?

Answer: Once your reservation is paid and confirmed, we will share hotel information with you.  We have a block of rooms set aside for you to contact the hotel to make room reservations.  Needless to say, it is a very nice hotel with excellent accommodations.  You will be pleased!

From what I understand, a few years ago someone attempted to "crash" one of Joel's seminars thinking they could get a free seat.  They were obviously turned away, but it sounds like it was an "uncomfortable" and awkward situation for everyone.  Because Joel likes to keep his events smaller and more intimate for attendees to better learn and not be rushed, logistics and scheduling are much more manageable.  Again, we will share hotel details and other particulars once your Investment Agreement has been returned and your payment has been properly processed.

Question: What is the duration of the event on Saturday?

Answer: If you have been following or ever worked with Joel, you know he is about offering quality and answering questions.  For as long as you need for him to be there to answer your questions Joel will remain to assist you.

Question: Are there any payment plans or options?

Answer: Another great and popular question, but no, we are unable to offer any type of partial payments or financing.  Your Round Table Gathering will be a single non-refundable investment.  You can argue attending the Round Table Gathering is a form of partial payment because you will invest $5,000 to attend and the remaining $15,000 later when starting your broker business.

Question: When can I anticipate getting an ROI on my investment?

Answer: That is a very ambiguous question.  Are you talking about an ROI on your investment for attending the Round Table Gathering?  If so, I would have no idea how to answer your questions because I don't know what kind of business you are in, your current level of success, what you are hoping to achieve, and more.  But I am highly confident Joel will be accessible to you during the weekend event to answer your questions and better help.

If you are referring to your ROI on your broker business, I would argue it depends on how hard you are willing to work.  If you have not watched Joel's video where he serves as an "undercover boss," I would definitely encourage you to click the below link to that video.  Needless to say, if you build your business with people like those contractors, it's not going to take you long to see an ROI.

Question: Will I have time to talk with Joel privately, one on one, or do I have to only discuss some of my questions with the entire group.

Answer:  This is a very good question.  Everyone wants "accessibility" and that is important.  Joel said he will do his absolute best to be as accommodating as possible to all attendees.  Again, this is another advantage to keeping the Round Table Gathering a smaller, more intimate event to better accommodate everyone and help with learning.

Again, thank you all for your great question.  Please feel free to send more and I will do my best to answer and be of assistance.  If I need to publish another newsletter like this one with multiple questions, not a problem.  I will take care of it to get the job done.

Cheers!
