We try to determine what the facility is currently doing for transportation, their size, number of current residents, the type of residents in terms of payment, who the decision makers are, and anything else we can gather.
As I am sure you can imagine, sometimes it is like pulling teeth because they treat us as a typical telemarketer, and other times, staff members simply don't know. Especially with turnover and labor issues, it can be difficult. This is why it is very common for us to have to call multiple times in hopes of speaking with different staff members to gather targeted info.
The reason for this message is because it wasn't long ago that you joined our newsletter, and if you are seriously planning for a launch in the new year, which is quickly approaching, I would encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible so we can add your project to our queue.
