Joel has mentioned our growing workload in some of his recent video, and as he likes to say, "The struggle is real!" We thank you one and all for enlisting our help and we are pleased to help all of you.
Because time is always an issue, for quite some time we have been discussing strategies to help ensure availability to get all the custom market analysis projects done, ensure timely response to your emails and inquiries, and ensure that Joel always has availability for our new and existing clients.
For this reason, for those of you who are close to signing up for one-on-one coaching and are able to do so by the end of the month but can actually wait to start working with Joel after the first of the year, please email us ASAP. We will be offering you a nice little savings to give you some incentive to add you to our queue now while allowing us to alleviate and spread out our schedule.
We should be able to start work on your custom market analysis prior to the end of the year and if you enlist our media team for development of your website and marketing material, they should be able to have them done prior to the end of the year. They have a completely different timing issue than us because market analysis requires a great deal more tedious work - researching, calling facilities, callbacks, etc.
Technically, you don't need your market analysis complete to start work with Joel. It can definitely help with strategic planning and for helping you prepare a business plan, but if you prefer to start work with Joel prior to completion of your market analysis, that should not be a problem as long as it's after the first of the year.
