Subject: Having Facilities Setup Appointments with You Online

Hello NEMT Community,

This is David Alexander.  I have corresponded with man you regarding your Dispatching Made Easy account.  The reason for this message is to share a PDF illustrating how facilities can use the DME account you create for them to send you trip requests. 

Trips will appear as "pending" until your dispatcher accepts and approves them.  Once approved and scheduled, facility staff can monitor trip status, see which driver(s) will be arriving to perform each transport, as well as view all data and statistics affiliated with each specific facility account.  This will help with trip verification for contracted accounts and more.

This functionality is of great convenience to busy facility staff as well as your dispatcher and office staff.  They can send trip request at their convenience and don't need to call, wait, be on hold, etc.
