Happy New Year to all my peeps in the Million Dollar Community! I hope you all had an awesome holiday season with friends and family, and you're geared up for a fast start in 2025.
I suspect this year is going to start crazy as the "Empire Strikes Back" with "The Return of the Jedi," but man, there's a lot to do.
We're juggling a lot of acquisitions in the new year with more possibilities coming soon, so especially if you're planning on selling your business in the future, key objectives for the new year should include:
1. Diversify and expand service offerings
2. Streamline operations to eliminate waste while increasing efficiency and profitability
3. Renegotiate and increase reimbursements for existing agreements 4. Expedite paying down debts 5. Evaluate existing structure and reorganize as necessary to mitigate exposure to risk and liabilities

Please know that I love working with so many of you, but because of my schedule and some key goals I have for this year, out of necessity, I have to be a little more selective.
