Subject: Great Questions and Feeback

Hello to everyone within the Million Dollar Community!
As always, I hope that this message finds you all
doing well and that business is booming!

We’ve been receiving some great feedback, emails,
and questions regarding the recent video that we
posted illustrating the user-friendly functionality of DME 2.0.

If you haven’t yet seen or watched it as of yet,

One of the most common questions we continue to
receive is if we recommend using DME 2.0 when you’re
a small sized transportation business with only one or a
few vehicles.

And the answer to this great question is yes and
here’s why!

First, you’re building your customer database!  One of
the best things about DME 2.0 is that you can have an
unlimited number of clients in your database.  And once
they’re in your database, you can always reference them
with ease.

If you wait until your business is sizeable to start using
DME 2.0, it will be like starting your business over once
you decide to upgrade/computerize your dispatching
system.

And needless to say, that can be quite an undertaking
when you’re a large and growing business!

Another benefit to using DME 2.0 even while your
business is small in size is because of the upgraded
invoicing option.

Immediately following the completion of a transport all
of the data associated with that trip is populated into an
automated invoice that all you have to do is print and
immediately mail it out to your customers!

Also, once you receive payment you can mark it as
“paid.”  And every time you log into your DME 2.0
account and land on your “Home Page” you will always
receive a reminder of any outstanding “unpaid” invoices.
This will give you an instant reminder of possible
customers you need to contact to seek payment.

An additional reason why DME 2.0 is useful to your
business from the outset is the statistic features.

In DME 2.0 you can reference any driver or vehicle
statistic for any given period of time.

So now, when you’re having an employee review or just
want to see how productive a specific driver is you can
literally reference “Trip Statistics” and see how many
transports he/she has performed over a specified period
of time.

Similarly, you can reference the productivity of a specific
vehicle over a given period of time which can assist you
with your maintenance efforts.

You’ll be able to determine just how much a vehicle is or
is not being used.  This can help you determine if you
have a vehicle that needs to be taken out of service or
if/when you need to add another vehicle to your fleet.

But one of the best reasons why you can start using
DME 2.0 right now, while your business is young and
growing, is because DME 2.0 is growing!

I can assure you, my team and I are committed to DME
long-term!

We continue to plan new phases of development that
are going to be adding even more features and benefits
to the site to further help improve your dispatch and
logistics and overall efficiency.

In fact, I’ll share with you a quick little secret regarding
one of the “major” implementation that will be coming
out in the near future.

Soon, once we have finalized a coding agreement with
this one particular service, DME 2.0 WILL have GPS
options and opportunities!

This feature is going to allow your dispatchers to literally
send trip related information via cell phone!

Think of how much this is going to help your dispatch and
logistics!  It’s going to significantly reduce your “radio
banter” because much of your dispatcher’s direction can
be sent electronically!

Needless to say, we’re VERY excited about this upcoming
feature.  And obviously, as a DME 2.0 user, you’re going
to be able to benefit from this feature because you’ll be
“growing with us” as we continue to grow and evolve.

So again, thanks to all of you whom have sent us your
great feedback, thoughts, and questions.

It will definitely help in improving your dispatch and
