I want to respond to share this email because Brittney asks some very good operational questions, and I also want to update everyone who is interested in joining Joel in Florida in the coming months. First, in regards to using minivans, they definitely have their place and serve a positive role in a growing fleet, but they can also be very limiting and even dangerous. As Joel always say, be very selective and strategic in how you use minivans, and most certainly, do not use them for stretcher transports. Many providers do, but we don't recommend it for a safety and liability purposes.
