Subject: Genesis Healthcare Bankruptcy - Why You Need Contracts

Hello to all our peeps in the Million Dollar Transportation Community!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!

Many of you have been contacting me regarding the Genesis Healthcare bankruptcy.  I apologize for the delay as I've been on the road for the last several days.

I have since posted an article about this event and what YOU NEED TO DO in response as a transportation provider for Genesis.

What bother's me most about this development is how everyone was blindsided by this event - but isn't that how it always works?

For how long have I said "NO ONE cares about you and your business, so you NEED to do what's in YOUR best interest first and foremost!"

Genesis doesn't care if you get paid, but it underscores why you NEED to have contracts in place so should they default, you can file a claim, and if necessary, write it off as bad debt.

If you've been providing service to Genesis and extending them "credit" without having a signed agreement, man, you have serious egg on your face!  Ouch!

Again, we ONLY extend credit to facilities and organizations with a signed Agreement with favorable terms.  if terms aren't favorable, we don't provide service - bottom line!

Be sure to read the entire article all the way to the end and take appropriate action for all money in arrears AND, AND, AND in moving forward.

See you at the Top!
