Hello to everyone within the Million Dollar Transportation Community!  As
always, I hope that this message finds you all doing well and that
business is booming!

For those of you that missed my Boot Camp Seminar this past weekend,
you missed a great event!  Frank Farmand ran into flight delays turning
what was supposed to be a quick flight from Missouri to DC into a 13
hour endeavor. 

But rather than complain, Frank says "Thank you for the excellent and
educational seminar on Saturday.  I am glad you provided me an
opportunity to attend.  I learned a LOT!!"

No, thank you for coming, Frank!  It was a pleasure meeting and
working with you.  And, I give you all the credit in the world.  Others
would have been discouraged and upset with similar flight
circumstances, yet you showed smiling happy to be there and eager to
learn!

I also want to share with you an email I received from Carlos Banks. 
Many of you know and have heard of Carlos as I've featured him in
previous videos and even promoted his ebook, "How to Start a
Successful Small Package Delivery Service," in previous newsletters.

Well, at about 10:30 on Saturday night it appeared that someone set
off the fire alarm in the hotel.  So, everyone went outside for a little
while awaiting the fire trucks.  But rather than complaining, everyone
went outside and carried the party with them!

Once turned off and allowed to re-enter the hotel, Carlos and I went to
the business office to further discuss some issues regarding one of his
businesses.  To my welcome surprise, it had quite an impact on
Carlos as he writes the following:

Joel, I want to personally say thank you.  Once again, this weekend was
another learning experience for me!  I learned a great deal from you and
those in attendance at the seminar.  I also really appreciated the extra
discussions of savings, investing, and diversification after the seminar. 
Although your counsel will force me to make some hard decisions, I
know that it is designed to encourage rather than discourage!

The book that you provided at the seminar, I am using it to revamp my
company policies and procedures.  I found it to be great material.  I
also visited a senior opportunity center today to become a corporate
member.  This will highly benefit my rental business as it will place me
on their website and in their newsletters for a full year. 

Tomorrow I will be paying another visit to one of our local hospitals to
further discuss how my NEMT company can integrate our services. 
The reason I mention this to you is so that you further encourage more
people to attend your seminars.  I have attended two of your Million
Dollar Seminars and now your Boot Camp Seminar and can honestly
say I have learned more each and every time.  I don't see how anyone
could attend one of your events and not walk away with increased
knowledge and the desire to improve their business.  Keep doing what
you're doing!

diversify his business.  He's doing very well for which he has much to be
proud of.
