Hello to everyone in our Million Dollar Community! As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!
I know sending a message on Friday night could be considered a waste of time for many because we're all working to decompress from the week, but my team will be working overtime through the weekend to get things done!
I just arrived back in NY and I see many of you have been corresponding back and forth with Dan, Charlie, and Dawn. Awesome!
Some of you sent some great information in response to UPRR's recent questions. Great job!
However, in my honest opinion, some of you can use a little "editing" to better help "make a good first impression."
For those of you who I think can benefit from a little "editing," I'm going to take the liberty to do a little verbiage-tweaking. Don't worry, I will send it to you for your approval before we forward everything next week to UPRR. . Some of you have enlisted our developers help to build your website, that's great. I encourage you to be accessible via email throughout the weekend in the event Tom and the team have any questions.
As I mentioned the other day, we plan on sending everything over to UPRR by close of business on Monday, 7/15/19. Hence, the reason our entire team is working through the weekend.
Just so you understand the timeline, UPRR said they plan on sharing their RFI later this month, but as of yet, I don't have a specific date.
Once we receive the RFI for the specific locations, we will share that with all our members who shared their information. Depending on how detailed the RFI, you'll begin working on your RFQ.
For those of you in need of professional help in preparing your RFQ, let me know. I have a team of professional writers who will assist me as necessary so we meet the required timelines and your RFQ looks great.
In terms of pricing, I've been working to get some specific numbers, but UPRR Procurement has been tight-lipped! But I think I'm getting closer! LOL!
As you can imagine, pricing will vary based on location, volume, time, and associated variables. Regardless on if I can get UPRR Procurement to "share some pricing secrets" or not, my hope is that our members who end up getting UPRR contracts will be generous to share pertinent details with the rest of our network to help other members.
