I'll be quick out of necessity as I'm on the road. One of my partners shared the below post that he saw online which underscores what we've mentioned time and time again regarding the increasing waiver funding for non-medical home care.

FYI, Waiver funding in the NEMT and home care industries are not the same.
In most instances I like Waiver funding in the NEMT industry because it can give us increased reimbursements and greater flexibility as compared to traditional Medicaid/broker work, I absolutely LOVE Waiver funding in the home care industry.
In most states, Waiver funding/reimbursements are increasing. In those states where they remain stagnant, it's only a matter of time before they increase - they can't hold out much longer.

I gotta run because my little FAT fingers can only type so much from a cell phone before growing tired and needing a donut break, but as a quick note, I suspect 2024 is going to be a big year for acquisitions - both buying and selling. We've been very busy working as of late communicating with providers, performing valuations, etc.
