This is Dan, Joel's Online Manager.
We recently shared a copy of a "3-Point Protective Action Plan" with active UMTPG members that Joel prepared for some of our client-providers.
Joel also shared an email that he drafted for one of our client-providers in particular addressing some local hospital discharge issues.
Since sharing that initial email last week, Joel has had to draft two other emails for different client-providers experiencing unique issues in their communities.
Joel asked that we share all of these emails with active UMTPG members in Word format so you can use and edit them as necessary to correspond with are facilities.
If you are an active UMTPG member and have not received that "3-Point Protective Action Plan" to share with area hospitals and facilities, please contact us. Likewise, we will send you copies of all three emails in Word format so you can edit and utilize them as necessary.
