How to Build a Million Dollar Medical Transportation Company
Saturday, May 11, 2024

Hello to everyone within the Million Dollar Transportation Community!  As
always, I hope that this message finds you all doing well and that business
is booming!

All I can ask of you is that you read the following message in its entirety -
it's awesome.  In so doing, ask yourself if you can relate to any of this, or, if
you want to relate to their growing success!

Joel,

We just wanted to take a moment and give you an update of our company
and say "Thanks."  June will be 2 years that Right Path Transport has been
in business.  In May of 2010, we had the idea of wanting to start our own
business and had both experienced many changes in our life over the
previous months; illness in family, divorce, etc.  As a result of caring for
Lisa's dad, we had the idea of going into the NEMT business.  We knew
nothing about the business.  We did have some "What Ifs" of the NEMT
Business.

That same month, doing a little research on the internet, I ordered your
Ebook.  For me, it was a no-brainer.  I figured I had nothing to lose.  A text
book at college will cost that.  When I got the Ebook, I read it right away
as it was an easy book to read and follow - thanks just for that, cut and dry.

I knew this business would fit my personality and desire to help people.
It was something I could do.  I felt the Ebook itself was like a franchise
manual.  The Ebook is standard operating procedure for an NEMT
business.  I sometimes still find myself referring back to the Ebook and
thinking - "What would Joel Do?"

After reading the Ebook, I was hungry for more information and ordered
your DVD series.  I watched them again and again studying how to run the
buisness.  Looking back on it now, this was like going to a franchise
school but inside my own house.  June 1, 2010 we decided to apply for our
business license.  We went out and just started talking to people at
facilities and different places, just like you said in the book.  Lisa and I
talked about it, we discussed "What are we going to do when these people
really start calling us?"  Sure enough, they started calling and within a few
days we had a van and 2 days after getting the van our phone was ringing
all the time.

On the way going to do our first pick up, we were so excited and a little
nervous.  After watching the DVD's demonstrating and practicing, it gave
me all the confidence I needed.  Our first transport was in the books with
no problems!  At the end of the transport while dropping off the CNA that
accompanied the patient, she asked how long I had been doing this.  I
asked why?  She said I was very good at it.  I said thank you.  I had a lot
of training. LOL!

The other day while driving back from a transport, the thought crossed my
mind.  I am a real business owner now.  I have not answered to a BOSS
(Except Lisa) or showed up to a J-O-B in two years.  What a great feeling
that came over me!  As we look back on the last 2 years, it has been a lot
of hard work and long hours, but it has been very rewarding!  We have felt
like David against Goliath.

As you know, in our area, we are strictly private pay, no Medicaid.  We
started out with only one old van that we shined up like a new penny, and
now we are up to 4 vans with all but one paid off.  Thank you for all your
advice and coaching and for being a voice with the United Medical
Transportation Providers Group - we hold our accreditation proud!  Being
a member of the UMTPG feels like Joel Davis is on our board of directors
helping us guide our business and staying out of the pitfalls of brokers
that can ruin small businesses before they even really get started.

Joel, from the bottom of our hearts we want to tell you Thank You.  You
have helped fulfill the entrepreneur spirit that was within us.  We can't wait
to see you in August in Virginia and can't wait to see old friend and other
like-minded people in the business.

God Bless!

Your friends,
Tim and Lisa
Right Path Transport

All I can say to this incredibly kind email is (1) WOW!, and (2) Thank
YOU!!

As I have mentioned before, and I know it sounds a bit cliche, but it is
because of awesome people, highly motivated entrepreneurs, that inspires
me to do what I do.

Tim and Lisa enlisted my help via One-on-One coaching and I have had
the pleasure to work with them in advising them with brokers and much
more.  And now, they will be joining all of us in August for my upcoming
seminar in Virginia.  It is people like Tim and Lisa who are "All In" that I
love.  They don't waiver, they're committed and take bold action.  It's
awesome!

I know there are many of you reading this email and this awesome
testimonial that continue to waiver.  You delay and procrastinate for
whatever reason.  At some point in time, you have to decide if you are
"All In" or if you're just half-steppin'!

If you haven't yet studied my materials, DVD's, or attended my live events,
all I have to do is ask you two questions as follows:

1. Are you happy with your current position?
2. If you are already in business, are you happy with the status of your
business?

If you answered "No" to any of these, then you need to study my
materials and join me in August in Virginia.

This upcoming event will absolutely be my final live event of the 2012.
So if Tim and Lisa's testimonial is not enough to inspire you and if you
don't think that you have room for imporvement, then you need to check
your wrist for a pulse!

See you at the Top!
